Who are we?
Movement Exchange is a national organization, of which LMU has a chapter. Movement Exchange unites dance and service through its network of university chapters, international dance exchanges, and year-round programs in underserved communities. LMU Dance Program students are volunteer teaching this semester at Hawthorne Academy of Math and Science Dance Club and Westside Global Awareness Magnet through the DanceSMART program.
What are we raising money for?
The LMU Dance Program is currently fundraising for a group of 7-10 dance majors to go on a trip to Panama with Movement Exchange. Movement Exchange offers 8 days of teaching dance, learning from local dance professionals, forming connections, exploring history and culture, and uniting dance and service. They work with two orphanages, Malambo and Aldea, and connect dance and service with cultural exchange.

Your contribution will help cover out-of-pocket expenses for students who are going to Panama. A donation in any amount helps!
